Home Page of the Great Lakes Eagles
| The Great Lakes Eagles, AMA Club #4491, is a loose group of RC pilots who have formed a club in
rural Manteno, IL., with the sole purpose to have fun and fly model aircraft. We are made up giant
scale, sport, and electric flyers. We follow all AMA safety guidelines and use a lot of common
sense. The Great Lakes Eagles is a Not for Profit (NFP) organization, regsitered with the state of Illinois. |

Flyers, Please note that we require you to have your FAA registration number on each plane you fly at our
field. Keep the following in mind
- It needs to be visible or can be inside the battery compartment as long as it does not require tools to open it
- It does not need to be visible in flight
- The numbers can be engraved - permanent label or permanent marker

| Club members, we will be having a fun fly on Saturday May 27th. Flying starts at 9am. Hope to see you there! Food and bathroom available.
This is a not a AMA sanctioned event.
